Problems after laptop meltdown

Hi all,

Just a quick question hopefully someone will have the answer to.

I've used Web Designer 11 on an old laptop with a website fully loaded and working through a Go Daddy domain. Unfortunately the laptop decided to die on me and I had to reload the software and a backup copy of the website to a new laptop.

I've just tried to download to the Go Daddy site but when trying to publish the website the converting for export just sticks on 14% and goes no further. It then acts as if its uploading in the top right hand corner but doesn't actually update the website. Would anyone know why this is? I know there was always a second stage after the converting for export (bar in the bottom left corner) but that doesn't show at all. I'm thinking that is where my problem lies.

Any assistance you could give would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Dave, have you done the updates and perhaps try opening software as administrator. Then try republishing.
