Faulty Nav Bar

When I publish my website I get an addition rogue button inserted in with the other buttons.
What the heck ?
Has anyone else dealt with this problem ?

The nav bar was imported directly from the design gallery's nav bar selection.

Andy, looks like you stretched and moved one of the buttons, probably when either the MouseOver or MouseOff layers was locked and you did a Ctrl+Select on the shape.

It turned out to be a remnant button hidden on the Mouse Over layer.
