New Slideshow Widget on Designer Pro X11

Does anyone know why I cant load the new slideshow widget... it seems to be constantly trying to load and never gets there, eventually I get a timed out message



Have tried via Bt Broadband and Satellite and nothing.

I know that I had something similar when I tried to load it in WD365. But it did load.

I tried just now with Designer Pro X11 and it imported fine. So, try it again and if you are still having problems let us know and we'll figure something out.

Hi Gary, Thanks for that.

No still not loading... have tried over the last few months and it never loads... at one time it seemed to be because you needed to give your details ...that was done a few weeks back..and still doesn't load.

While here I have also noticed that in using the JohnJames widestyle template the mobile variant isn't updating either. But if I stretch out the variant in browser preview as desktop I can see what has been updated but not in mobile format.

OK. Let me see if I can get someone from Xara to pop in here with suggestions or answers.

One thing that usually works with the Xara Slideshow - could try going to Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset and try to open the Xara widget again.
