easily find topics within website

I have a website that contains over 100 pages of short videos. Is it possible to manually create an index page where the user can filter the pages based on given criteria? For instance if the topics were all food videos the user could select sweet or savoury. If savoury then hot or cold. If hot then chicken or beef. You get the idea. At the end would be links to only the relevant pages.

There is nothing in the Xara range that does this for you as a built-in feature.
