Web Designer V12, when it is due for release please?

I'm tempted to purchase the upgrade but the added features are not really need right now, am I best to wait a bit until v12 is released? I presume it won't be too long now, does anybody have a good idea of when it might be? thanks.

Xara never gives a hint of when they are going to release their products. But traditionally, they are released around the second quarter of the year and on through summer.
