Two lines

When I move the nav menu there are 2 lines how do I remove them

Select them and press the Delete key.

If you can not select the lines, then they may be on a locked layer. Open the Page & Layer Gallery and click the red lock icon next to the Pasteboard Background and see if you can select the two lines. If yes, delete them and lock the layer again.

If not try the same thing with the Page Background layer.
