XWD9 Site with Calibri Font Embedded Doesn't Appear Correctly on IPad/IPhone

Hello All,

I'm about to tear my hair out trying to figure out why this isn't working.

I created a new site with Xara Web Designer 9 and exported the files. I used the Calibri font on the site and made sure the font files were exported.

The site appears fine on everything except for Ipads and Iphones. I did not create a mobile version because that was not part of the work requested by the client. Is there anything I'm missing as to how to get this site to work on the Apple mobile items?

I think this same issue came up recently and the problem is the Calibri font. Try another web safe font and see if this solves the problem.

Hi Stephanie,

Have you changed the font already? I can't see Calibri being used.

One point, I'd set your pop-up layers to NOT close automatically as it makes for odd behaviour on a tablet.

As Gary states there is an issue with Calibri and Xara created pages.
