How to create photo image

I enclose my Hamburger image as photo.
It is sized 23px X 14px.
There is an issue that it should be created by Web Designer 10 but how to create the same image as middle row is too high.

When I make it on my own it will not be the same effect as it is complete white.

Need help.

Move the rectangles farther apart.

The zoom factor in your file is 1000% so it will look very different at 100% (1:1).

Not 100% I follow you here. To me the middle row looks to narrow.

Here's how I'd tackle it:

There are 5 equal sized bars, so 14px / 5 = 2.8px high bars. Not good!

Try 15px high. There are 5 equal sized bars, so 15px / 5 = 3px high bars. Sweet.

Create a rectangle 23px x 15px. Fill red, no outline.

Now create a rectangle 23px x 3px. Fill black, no outline.

Align the two rectangles top left corner.

Clone the black rectangle and align it bottom left corner to the red rectangle.

Create a 1 step blend between the two black rectangles.

You now have 3 black rectangles of 3px high with 2 gaps of 3px.

Set the red rectangle to No Fill. Select all and export as a 2 colour gif, transparent.

Import to your document & delete or move off page the construction rectangles.
