Phantom Navbar

I have a horizontal navbar repeating on all pages near the top of each page.

I noticed that when exported, the navbar does not appear on one particular page, even though I see the text from it on the page in designer.

However even inside designer, although I can see the navbar text in the correct position, I cannot select it. It's as if it isn't really there. Can't select it, can't delete it, can't do anythign with it.

Any ideas what to do to fix this?

Sometimes a page gets corrupted. Who knows why.

I would rename the problem page, create a new page, give it the name of the problem page, and copy and paste (paste in place) all the content from the problem page. If this works then delete the problem page.

Does this make any sense?

Mike, perhaps it has been moved to a different Layer?
