Jot Form not working on ipad

So here i go again , another question.... newbie here ....

Form created works fine on phone and desktop but not on ipad ?? Any suggestions on how to fix ? Thanks guys

Sorry I took down and put my old website back till i sort these issue out . Was hoping some one may have experienced these difficulties .

Hi again Egg Bramhill , i gave it another go and the fields are now working but now the bottom of the form is missing on the ipad version ??? Sorry cant past url as i dont leave it up there with our high customer service any suggestions to fix ?

I have found that ticking the " make form responsive" in jotform usually does the trick!
