    Default Website URL

Hi just published new site today and noticed the website contains an unusual url after domain name #xl_xr_page_our-bins ? Is this normal ? How do i fix ? Changing over from serif software , domain name would normally appear with domain name and then something like /our bins.html .Should I have added .html to all pages ? Any advise please . Thanks

NB is there anything specific we should do to make sure all pages have been indexed for google and robots ?

Bindi, you've created a Supersite, which it a single published htm(l) page. For a visitor to move from "page" to "page", the site now have to rely on Anchors.
Xara has forced the prefix "xl_xr_" on such Anchors to avoid a designer manually adding an Anchor that upsets the navigation. It cannot be changed, rather you could avoid a Supersite design.

For SEO, useful text with styles, meaningful page titles and possibly meta description details.

A SuperSite is usually one long page.

In Website Properties > Website click on Web Export Options and then check Conventional Website (see attached)

Hi Again gwpriester , followed you steps and attempted to publish again with the result being i have all these little square boxes near the navigation bar and some text misaligned . Any ideas ? I guess is i should have screen shot ? Any ideas but i do get conventional urls .

NB just reading around do i have to save to a subfolder before publishing does this make a difference ? and add /public_html ? If so an instructions ( for dummies ) ? Sorry used to another program still learning this one.
