Heard the news that Ray Tomlinson, the inventor of Email has passed away, sadly not many people have heard of him but can you imagine what the world would have been like without email, and yes I know that it ended up be frustrating because a bunch of idiots started using spam, but surely that points to it's incredible importance to the world. Yeah, I can't really think of any day to day situations where the @ would be used, very good choice though.
