Default Re: Video by Egg So many questions...

This is great, Egg. I got it to work this time after carefully watching your video.

I put a fill on it and added some fruit. Next question: Is it possible to add shading effect to an object after you fill it with a texture? I wanted to add some shadow around the bowl but didn't know how. The fill tool wouldn't work on a bitmap. Are there any fills that aren't bitmaps? Oh, and how do you remove a texture or other effect after you've applied it and decided not to use it? I've looked for the answer and can't find it. Sorry so many questions.

    Thanks a bunch!

I don't think I got this fruitbowl transparent png like I wanted.

Not quite you're five a day CWN. Good rendering.

Yes, clone it, in the fill tool change it from a bitmap fill to a flat fill.

    Give it a linear transparency.

I'll expand more on this tomorrow.

Egg, I've been practicing this and want to know what causes color to drop down with the line when I pull it down? When I pull that middle line down, it drags the color down with it.

Okay, here's what happens. See the screenshot and you will see that when I pull the node down like you did in your helpful video, I pulls down the color, too. Can you tell me what I have I done or not done to cause this.
