Can't find Xara featured templates to purchase...

I'm looking at the Xara products page:

and want to purchase the John James template.
How/Where can it be purchased?

....and if the John James template is just an example of what can be done. Then
how do you make a whole picture stretch across the screen? All I'm finding is top,
center and bottom on the stretchy right click.

Ok...in my need to get this done, I'm experimenting. Made the photo
the background, black box on top as a sticky, navigation links on top
of that, text info below. Basically have mimicked the John James template.
Is this the correct path? How wide should the page be? Thanks for any help.
