How can I add link to documents e.g. financial statements which can then be printed by a person clicking on the button or URL. preferably the documents should be in pdf format and open in the users pdf reader after clicking the link on the web page.

Another option is to create a "forms" folder on the host site, put all your documents inside using Filezilla (or other) and link to each document separately.
