I just pulled up the countryside theme and dragged a blank page from it to work on. Deleted all info on it and saved as each on my pages. Only prob is when you go to publish index is all it publishes no the rest of my site.

This may sound basic, but are you renaming each page so they are different?
Could you attach the .web file here so others can look at it?

I am renaming each page as I save them. Where is the .web file located?

File > Save As... to save the site as a .web file. You can upload it then.

Are you saving and exporting the site before publishing it?
    That might help.

I am saving each file and Xara is adding a .web extension to it. I have seen the export folder with several files in there and some folders but folders are empty.
I have been publishing from Xara.

If you are saving each page as a separate file then Xara thinks they are separate websites. Each page should be a separate page inside one Xara file. You should be able to view the whole site in the page and layout tab.

That makes sense, now how do I get the other pages over to be displayed on the right under pages and layer Gallery?

Open all the separate pages, each in their own tab.
Go to the tab where your first page is.
On top: Insert > New Page > New blank page...
Then copy the items from the tab that has the second page and place them onto the new blank page.
Repeat for the next pages, then save and publish.
