Website M hosting after computer crash

A few days ago, I started to set up the Website M option after purchasing Web Designer 11 Premium.

I had got to the point where I was asked to choose a domain name, when my computer crashed, necessitating a System Restore to a week or so earlier (Windows 10).

All my Microsoft Edge history was lost, so I cannot find my way back. All I can find is the option to register as if from scratch, and I am reluctant to try that, since I have already redeemed my voucher.

Any options for getting back to where I was, please?

They’ve had a ticket from me since 27 November.

I tried going through the procedure from scratch again, but they tell me my coupon is alraedy used.

Could you please chivvy them?

Here is the response, which arrived less than a day ago:

If you go to https://www.xara-online.com/ and click the Log in, sign in and you should be able to access your Website M account there. I can't see a domain against you name though, I would suggest trying to register again and see if you can get it.

It worked. It was that URL that I needed.
