Made with web designer 11 pro. I used Corel Draw for icon's.

So what do you think ? Any suggestions are welcome.

Seems like a good start to me. The style you use is, albeit perhaps a bit dated, appropriate for the security business. Perhaps you could use a bit more color or brighter colors. The text on the top menu buttons could be a bit more crisp.

I agree with boy. It may help if you get Xara to export them as png's, not jpg's. Likewise with the Company Logo. One more point, you have 21 individual client logo's at the bottom of the page. Just make this a single image of all 21 logo's. It will help with the page loading speed.
