Install problems WD10 premium in Windows 10 computer

Has anyone experienced any install problems of WD10 in new windows 10 computer. I installed with a disc, and ran the update. I can open all pages for my site, but the right panel of graphics and such do not open. The only thing that does open from my right panel is a demo website. I may have to import all graphics and templates from the disc. Anyone report any strangeness like that.

Edit. This could be the server / on line clip art / download problem.
