Cardinal in morning light

It was 9 degrees the morning I got this shot. Not a cloud in the sky, just a stunning blue sky. Wonderful light for photography. This Cardinal came closer and closer, I was able to get a number of shots off, I thought this would be a good one to post. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed taking it.

The cardinal looks so red hot on such a nippy morning. I think I asked this Tim but what camera are you using?

Thanks, so far I have had 21 different birds visit.
Gary, I have a Nikon D7100, I have 2 lenses, an 18-55mm zoom and a 55-300mm zoom.
