Photo and Graphic Designer and Windows XP

Apologies if this has been asked before .........

I'm a long time user of Photo and Graphic Designer V7 on a Windows XP PC, and eventually succumbed to the tempting offer to upgrade to V11. I bought the product and received the key by email etc, but when I went to install the software realised that I needed Vista or higher for the software to install..... which I don't have.

A little research showed that V10 would run on an XP machine, so have downloaded that and installed it, but my product key for V11 isn't accepted for V10.

I would be more than happy just using V10 and would still consider it a bargain, so please could anyone tell me if it's possible to "convert my purchase of V11 to a purchase of V10" ... if you see what I mean.

Only Xara / Magix themselves would be able to advise. You might get their blessing if you could arrange swaps with someone with V.10.
