An embedded bitmap in a PDF has resolution information in the XML data inside the PDF. So it is possible they cannot deal with a pure vector PDF, which has no resolution declaration in it.Originally Posted by doby101

Like Mike says the next time you do this take it somewhere else. I always use the the Custom selection and then go into the Advance Options where you have more control of the quality of the PDF and more.
Design is thinking made visual.
