No idea what font that is but try looking at http://www.dafont.com/mtheme.php?id=6 You might just find it there.
You can key in your text Lulu and then see all the fonts displayed with that text.

It's Carolyna Pro using one of its stylistic alternates for the cap L. I've used this font in several settings. Emily did a good job on it.
Here it is, with the alt L, on top of the screen shot:

And as a jab at Xara, the font has 1181 glyphs. Which means that Xara applications cannot directly address 925 of them.
