Does anyone know where this function has gone in version 11?
It was under Utilities in Version 10.
I would really like a keyboard shortcut to Publish. Don't seem to be able to find one?

Are you referring to Web Designer Premium? I just checked versions 9-11 and this feature is not in any of these.
You may be thinking of Designer Pro X which does have this feature and it is at the bottom of the Utilities menu.
That said, once you have entered your FTP settings, click click the Publish icon on the Infobar.

I'm pretty sure it was there before in 10.
