Same thing happens to me when I switch to light user interface. Everything is fine when I switch back to the dark user interface ( CTRL SHIFT ALT S ).
But be aware that the user interface is reset if you change the setting.

Hi Guys,

This is because of the Light UI, and as this isn't being supported anymore I would recommend to use the dark UI, or you can press and hold Alt and drag your most commonly used buttons and place them on your Toolbars.
