Photo & Graphic Designer doesn't have Presentations. You could download a trial of WD11 or DP11 and see if this is what suites your requirements and upgrade if it does

Photo & Graphic Designer 11 should have the option to export to PDF ( as displayed here http://www.xara.com/us/designer-pro/compare/ ).
Just tried and the current version of Adobe Reader allows switching to fullscreen by pressing CTRL L and pages can be navigated using the up and down ( or left and right or page up page down ) keys.
Not sure if Photo & Graphic Designer 11 also has the PDF export option to initially display fullscreen but Designer pro allows to do that, so you would not even have to switch to fullscreen manually.
If you don't want to use Adobe Reader for the presentation there surely are some tools on the net that allow a PDF to be converted to PowerPoint. ( free online tool here: http://smallpdf.com/de/pdf-in-ppt )
