I am trying to create a higher quality text in Orange of this ballpark-type baseball font with a tail that says "Put 'Em Up" but when i take screenshots its very pixelated. Any idea of where I could type a higher version of this for my use without spending money on downloading a font

unless you want to keep it as text (you would need a font that matches) then i think that >> THIS VIDEO << pretty much explains what you want to do. it will be vector so you can resize it any size and retain sharpness when you're done and export it as such

Yes import the bitmap at its correct resolution and lock that layer using Page & Layer Gallery. In the same area create a new layer and then using the shape editor (F4) go around your lettering, using this new layer, making sure that you close each shape, as in the video. With the first letter "P" you will need to do a "Subtract Shapes" to achieve a finished P and the is done using the Arrange menu -->Combine Shape-->Subtract Shapes. Looking at your heading it shouldn't take you too much time to complete.
    Design is thinking made visual.

This would be easiest just to autotrace and then tweak a little here and there.

Here is PDF with autotraced outline and below is tweaked version, where I just changed some curve segments to smooth curve and it took less than a minute to accomplish. Feel free to use that as a starting point.
