This has been a very complex site and it could probably have been done in wordpress but it was decided that adobe muse gave the best option to create it based on a number of factors. The industry the company is in tends toward very basic, dated sites in blues and greys and the client very wisely chose to differentiate themselves from the competition.

There were a number of challenges to the site; firstly we needed 4 separate languages (without resorting to google translate widget which can not only mess with the layout but also their widget is not that great at translation, it's very literal) and each sub-site had to have it's own store in that language, fortunately we had a good team on it. We decided on a 'mega menu' as there was so much to the navigation and it works quite well. We also wanted to reflect the idea the company has of using the grand canyon and created the look of the site based on that; lots of angles have been used and there is plenty of white space to make sure that the site is easy to follow.

Due to the type of business the clients are in there is a need for a lot of information as they cater to a lot of industries and each of their potential customers tend to look for a lot of information before making the decision to go with their services. Where it seemed like the content was going to be too much we used PDF files and made them available for anyone wanting more information. The mobile version of the site is cut down further still with a lot more of the information available as PDF reports.

We worked really hard on this one as the time frame for completion was relatively short and also because the clients have been a pleasure to work with, if only all clients were like this.
