Automatic Check Failed

I have tried lots of times to accept the update to XDP11 but each time it tells me: "The update has been checked and is corrupt. Installation has been cancelled. Do you want to restart the update process?"

Any clues as to what might be the problem?

Henry, perhaps the update cannot handle a version as far back as 12.0.

Try loading http://dl.xara.com/webdesigner365premium64-12.4.1.exe (64-bit) or http://dl.xara.com/webdesigner365premium32-12.4.1.exe (32-bit) and then force an update.
