gallery confusion

I recently had help from Siran re a photo gallery and it worked. Now I have forgotten one part.
"Now select all images ( CTRL+A ) and roughly adjust the size ( in the selector tool enter a percentage value to the width field and press ENTER )."
I can't find the place to enter percentage value. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful

You need to have the selector tool selected.
