PDF and html placeholder

I was sent a PDF that was just a picture, it shows fine in reader. I wanted to extract the picture so I opened it in XDP11. But, it comes up with just one small x that shows as an "html placeholder". Any idea what is happening and how I can get the picture. I know that I can do a PRTScr, but I would really like to get it from the PDF

How are you opening the file? It opens fine here, as well as importing. File | Open.

I reduced the physical size of the image and attached as a zip.

Worked without problems in XDP 11. The picture is a bit darker, but you should be able to fix that.

Thanks, I guess last night I just tried opening it, XDP11 did not complain. Just now I imported it - no problem
