    Default Background music

    Hi,

I have a website that has auto start music on the home page on a hidden player.
When the site is visited from a tablet, there is no music.

    Any advice?

    Welcome to TG.

    Hmm.

When the site is visited from a tablet, there is no music.

I'd normally consider that a "plus".

    Any advice?

Unless you have a VERY good reason, don't have music on a web page.

    Is it a music site?

I one hundred percent agree with this.....but just in case you ignore us, you're probably using a flash based player that won't work on tablets/phones.

I have a good reason: It is a musicians site and the soundtrack is a no loop that goes for only a couple of seconds...

So, do you have a solution?

Can you give us a URL to look at?

Also, I 100% agree, don't ever have music, whether looped or not, playing in a hidden player.

You have to replace it with a jquery/javascript player.
