Designer Pro 11 Purchase Options

I was getting ready to buy Pro 11. When I got to checkout it is listing a manual for $30 more. What is included in this $30 and do you not receive the CD if you don't order the manual? It seems in the past the CD was only $10 more. Is the manual available as a download at no charge? It is already hard for me to upgrade every year with Xara, then adding additional costs just makes it even more difficult for me. Also, I have had problems in the past getting all the templates and images even when I do get the CD and try to install them.

So, do I need to purchase this manual for $30 to get the CD (or DVD) with the program and 3000 images, etc... or is that all included in the normal $99.00 upgrade fee?

The printed manual isn't worth $20 to me....

Thanks for any input - of course I only have til Monday to upgrade at the good price - so need a quick reply.

it says within 28 days for CD [which is around end of next week for me] in the email - but I understand it may take slightly longer....

no probs - I think the delay in sending out CDs is normal just after launch - both included in the introductory upgrade offer for me

just to say I received my DVD this morning [monday 17 august 2015]
