wacom issues

i just got a wacom cintiq 13HDT, previously had just a straight up cintiq 13HD, they run off the same software and ive tried uninstalling and reinstaling everything to do with the driver but the display only shows the background image of the computer no desktop icons, application or anything.....is there a fix or is it a faulty tablet, any solutions or answers would be much appreciated, im freaking out my 13HD still works and displays fine. im really confused

don't use cintiq myself, but from what I gather it works as an extended/duplicate[cloned] display

the symptoms you describe sound like you have the 13HDT set up in a different display mode to the 13HD

depending on your OS the terminology on your computer might differ
