FTP error: Timeout was reached.

I'm getting this error every time I try to publish. I used to get it now and then before but now I get every time. Any suggestions what could be the issue? The error message pops up with 5 seconds, does not even start to save or export.

I have restarted the program, reset router, and pc.

Is there a way to extend the time DP11 tries to connect? I can connect with my FireFTP but it takes 15 plus seconds.
