Tried it several times but keep getting an invoice for 358 dollars in stead of 99.
I proceded till the moment that I had to actually transfer the money. Still no discount.

to get the discount you need to be logged in to your xara account where the ver 10 product is registered - if you are, and you have clicked the upgrade button and selected the product you already own, it should work - if it does not you really need to contact xara sales support on their website...
