    Default SVG Import

Not sure why it doesn't find svg, but I searched this forum before and now after posting this, but both times gave following "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

I'm looking at upgrading to latest.
I can't see any reference to svg import.
    Can anyone please confirm this.

I like Xara, good clean, simple to use, but its been limited for my use due to lack of dxg, dwg, format.
Still hanging in and live in hope.
Hopefully svg doesn't also fall into not supported area.

the pro version 11 will import svg, svgz files - don't know about photo and graphic

the search in Tg does not work with single search terms so just svg would be ingnored

usual reminder that just because a file type will import does not guarantee that all the features of the program that created it will be supported in xara

The search function of this forum is notably bad but if you use Google you will be luckier. Type in your browser search window the following (without the quotes): "svg site:talkgraphics.com"

I agree - but bear in mind if you search for just 'svg' you will get hundreds of results; maybe one reason TG does not do it

    Thanks Handrawn. Good to know.

Really search. I'm using a Samsung Note 10.1 and that does some odd things on web pages so wondered if it was contributing.

Photo & Design 11 does list svg and svgz in the import for Drawings. Haven't used it but it lists it.
