How to achieve arrow different from standard options?

I have Webdesigner 7 Premium.
Is this possible to achieve? Options are not there if I understand. Just few arrows.

Need help.

Hi I think that what you want can be easily achieved by creating a black square and using the shape editor tool to draw your arrow. Once you have your square and your arrow just click and drag to marquee select it all and Ctrl+G to group.
