Fast Publish not working in WD 10

I just noticed that the fast upload feature on version 10 doesn't seem to be working, with any minor change still requiring a complete upload. I think it worked ok in earlier versions. Has anyone had a problem with this?

What might be happening, is Xara looks to see what changes have been made and only makes those changes that are new. But it looks though the entire site first. And then it deletes old files. See what happens the next time you publish a change and see if the publish is not a lot faster.
