Surface Pro 2 Gif files

I upgraded from Web Designer 10 to 11. I work on a PC with Windows 8.1 and a Surface Pro 2. I never had a problem with Web Designer 10, but in 11 when I open my file on the Surface Pro 2, the gif files don't work. My website "gif" files work fine on the PC, whether I am previewing or viewing on web after uploading the site. If I do the same on my Surface, the gif files don't show whether it's previewing or viewing on the web after uploading with the Surface.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Maybe you need to use PNG instead of GIF?
