    Default Google Maps widget

Whilst trying to use the Google maps Widget, I get this error message

"Unable to find the HTML code for the widget on the widget site or on the clipboard.

-There are two variations to the Google Maps UI. These instructions refer to the new style. You should be prompted to switch to the new style Google map if you are still seeing the old style (without the settings button referred to below).
    - Search for a location using the search bar or click on the button labelled get directions.
    - Enter your start and end address if you require a map displaying directions and click on on the search icon.
    - Adjust map to desired center and zoom level.
    - Click on the cog symbol located on the bottom right side of the window.
    - Select 'Share and embed map' and then click on 'Embed map'.
    - Copy the HTML code provided.
    - Click the Insert button below to add the widget to your page."

I AM using the new style.

I tried using the second approach, but it doesn't work out well. I added the code to a placeholder. I presume that is what i have to do.

I tend not to use the Google map widget, Google is forever messing about with maps therefore I tend to do it this way:

    Egg

Minis Forum UM780XTX AMD Ryzen7 7840HS with AMD Radeon 780M Graphics + 32 GB Ram + MSI Optix Mag321 Curv monitor
    + 1Tb SSD + 232 GB SSD + 250 GB SSD portable drive + ISP = BT + Web Hosting = TSO Host

Thank you very much, and thanks for taking the time to do the video.

I have tried it, and it works fine.
