Trouble with Web Designer 11 Premium

Hey guys, I'm new here. I just purchased Web Designer 11 Premium and I'm having trouble with my web pages previewing correctly. If I go to "Preview Web Page" all of the element of a page will all look like they are supposed to. But, if I choose "Preview website" some of the pages don't load all of the elements on the page. Also when I wen to publish the site the same things happens once it's on the server and i go to look at the site on line. here is an example of what's happening:

Any idea why this is happening??

Thanks for trying to help. I tried to upload my web file but it's too big. 14.94mb is there another way i could get it to you??

You can use Dropbox, or a service like Hightail (they offer a free trial) to upload your file then provide a download link here.

It looks like the page background layer has a tiling fill applied, but not tiling on all pages.
If this is the case try this:
Select the page background layer
Select the rectangle.
Hit the fill icon on the Tool Bar
Set to Repeating tile.
Do so for each page or select Repeat on All Pages

sorry to sound like a noob but I am with this software. i can't find where I can "select" the "background layer" Can you tell me where that might be?
