Page is one piece!

Help! I just launched a site and the nav bar wasn't working so I went to fix it. Everything on all the pages is one piece. Can't separate the nav bar or anything else. What did I do wrong??? www.bwibizpros.com

Since I need to have this published by tomorrow, ugly as it seems, I was going to redo it. Made a new page, imported the logo and now it's attached to the page exactly where it came in. When I try to move it, the whole page border shifts with it as well.

Your site doesn't seem to be a solid block, there is functionality there.

However:
In your design page, open the Page & Layer Gallery. Click on the right triangle on the left of the page thumbnail.
Click on the Locate button.
Then back on your design, click on an object.

If it appear in a Group, with everything else, press Ctrl+U to ungroup.
