    Default Content Pack Installation Error

    Hi folks,

Getting a 'content pack' installation error 1634 on the 64bit version. - Installs fine for 32 bit.
    Program is up to date.
Did a uninstall and reinstall twice. Same error on the content pack install.

Can't find any info on 'searching' this forum so I just thought before contacting support I'd see if anyone and ever had this problem and solved it.
    Your thoughts are appreciated.

Cliff, never had any problems with it loading, 32-bit or 64-bit.
As your handled a 32-bit install, it can't be your firewall.

Are you using the application as an administrator........ if not right click on the application icon and select Run as Administrator and then try the content installer again.

Just FYI in case this arises for any others. Opened a ticket with Xara and they directed me to a little MS app called MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.RNP.Run. Apparently this does a bit deeper of an uninstall than regular channels.
It worked and the content pack installed. So along with that, just wanted to publicly thank Xara support for their assistance and you folks for your suggestions..... and BTW....
