Adjacent Nav Bar difference V10 to V11

I have a site where two Nav bars are next to each other with the top bar having a dropdown menu. In V10, the dropdown paint over the lower bar correctly - in V11, the dropdown paints behind the lower bar making it useless.

I did ignore the warning about having a menu button that is a link and a menu.

Not 100% sure what you mean here Pete, but try selecting the top menu bar and CTRL + F to bring it to the front, above the lower menu bar.

There definitely seems to be how nav bars work between 10 & 11. Copy and pasting nave bars between the two does indeed put drop downs below other nav bars that didn't happen in 10. However the put to front will work in 11, just experiment.

Here's an example of a file that works differently between 10 & 11, with one dropdown showing behind the second navbar in 11.
