Fill Browser Width?

Is fill browser width gone from right-click menu in WD11? Don't see it anyomre with object placed on pasteboard and right-clicking.

I think this has been replaced with Web Sticky/Stretchy > Full Width. But as far as I can see at this point this feature does not work properly. The image resolution is reduced on import and when I try this on my 24" monitor the photo is soft and very low resolution.

OK. I did some fiddling around and this may help. See attached settings in Page Options.
