I guess we just get used to the idea that every photo could be Photoshopped or retouched as we called it in the old days.

    Thanks Rik, that was fun.

I originally thought they were going to be text errors from photoshop!

For everyone else who thinks like me - they're examples of poor photo editing. If nothing else, they illustrate how much of our media is using faked images.

Some great ones shown. You wonder how they could be missed.

Some errors are not easily seen unless you observe well those photos.

A long time ago, a customer came to my graphics shop with 2 photos. One was of her father (while still in high school) in a B/W photo standing perpendicular from the front of his house with a picket fence of the next front yard behind him, and more going down the street. She had a similar photo of her high school aged mother at a different house/town, but with a similar background - the only difference being, the photo of her mother also included an old woman neighbor standing next to her with her hand around her shoulder. She wanted me to combine the photos of her mom and dad, but remove the old woman from it. Oh, both photos of mom and dad their hands were visible either at their side or clasped in front.

However, when I combined the photos and removed the old woman, I forgot to remove the old woman's hand sitting on her mother's shoulder. So the final was mom and dad side by side with no one visible person behind them, but creepily this old woman's hand was still sitting on her mom's shoulder. I caught it before the customer saw it and fixed the problem. But even I've done "oopsies" like this on similar jobs.
