Guides Layer Problem

Hi!
Today I found strange thing (yesterday it was not).
If I create a "Guides" layer, it becomes a non-editable page.
Created only empty objects without color and size.
If I deleted this level, then everything will be fine again.

What is it?

You need to make sure you are on the correct layer when creating objects. The guides layer is just that, a guides layer and only guides can be drawn on it, whether that is a ruler guide or an object guide.

The problem I have decided to restore the system.
Yesterday I installed Krita for test. I guess it was the reason for the failure in Xara.
