Default Preventing .Png export fromhaving white around the edges?

I'm sure this has probably been covered before, but I did a search and couldn't find a topic on it. I have created a logo for a client and when I export it as a .png with a transparent background, the edges of the image have a white jagged outline! it's driving me crazy. I preview it and it looks fine against the checkered background, yet when I go to upload it and place it in his website, it looks like @#$%! I seem to remember that there is some trick to keep this from happening. I'm using Xara DP7 (yeah I know I need to upgrade, and I will when v11 comes out) Can anyone help me out with this? is there some setting in the export of it I am missing or not doing that I should be? TIA

Example of logo can be seen here: http://corozalbelizeproperty.com/

    No logo there, Colleen.
Make sure you save the PNG as true color + alpha.
If you are already doing this, post the logo file here for us to see what you are seeing.

there is jag on the right hand side of the blue header text - you have to zoom right in to see it clearly - not sure about a solution myself it being a website and all

just to add to what steve said - making sure the logo is a whole number of pixels, and that it is on whole pixel co-ordinates before you export it might help...

I'm not sure why the actual logo isn't showing up for all of you. I know about the text problem (that's next for me to fix - the client added the text and it needs to be fixed) However, here is the .png file in question:

but it doesn't show up here because the background is white. It's only obvious when the background is another color. <sigh> Thanks for any help - and for letting me know it's not showing up on the live website - I'll try to fix that now.

Well, It seems I got it to work correctly - although I'm honestly not exactly sure how - except that I re-exported it and when I did I made darn sure that I had chosen the True Color - Alpha setting and also placed a rectangle behind it that is the same color as the client's background. I didn't include the colored background as part of the image, but just made sure it was resting on top when I exported it. That might be the "trick" that I remembered from having this issue previously. Please check it out now.
