Pro 10 Supersite issue- help?

I have created a "supersite" with the new release (just checking out the trial version)

Finished 3 variants. Exported the files and uploaded them via FTP.

Only a few of the site's pages are showing up on line. The rest are bringing up 404 errors.

It is difficult to know where to begin or what to fix since there are only two files.

Any advice, ideas, words of wisdom... guesses... magic... appreciated.

Can you give us a link or upload one of the problem files (WEB or XAR)

Supersites only have one html file (index.htm) and one folder, index_htm_files regardless of how many variants you're creating. What are you uploading?
